Built one piece at a time, on a loyalty budget
This month we caught up with Anna from Lisbon, a Gold-tier customer who's been with us since the demo store first opened its doors. Over eighteen months she's pieced together a complete smart-home setup — and she did it almost entirely by reinvesting her loyalty points.
"I didn't plan it as a project. It started with the smart bulb 4-pack, then a hub, then I realised the points were piling up faster than I expected. Every couple of months I'd cash some in for the next piece — a smart plug, a doorbell camera, eventually the thermostat."

What she built
- Smart bulbs across the living room and kitchen
- A central hub plus three door / window sensors
- An outdoor camera by the entrance
- A learning thermostat that's apparently "already paid for itself in winter heating"
