Returns & Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer protection rules.
What can be returned
- Unused physical items in their original packaging
- Defective or incorrectly delivered items — always eligible, at our cost
What cannot be returned
- Digital products once the download link has been used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sealed goods with the seal broken
How to request a return
- Open the order in My Orders and click Request return
- Select items and the reason for return
- Print the prepaid return label that arrives in your email
- Hand the parcel over at the nearest partner drop-off point
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact support within 48 hours.
