How Our Loyalty Tiers Work
Earn points, climb tiers, unlock benefits
Every order you place at the Owlio Demo Store earns loyalty points — 1 EUR spent = 1 point, calculated on the pre-discount subtotal. Once your lifetime points cross a tier threshold, you stay at that tier until the end of the next calendar year.
The four tiers
- Bronze — starting tier, 2% back as points on every order
- Silver — from 250 points, 4% back + early access to drops
- Gold — from 1 000 points, 6% back + free express shipping
- Platinum — from 5 000 points, 10% back + dedicated support line
Birthday bonus
On the calendar day of your birthday (taken from your account profile), all tiers earn double points on every order placed that day. The bonus is automatic — no code, no claim flow.
Spending points
Points can be applied at checkout as a discount: 100 points = 1 EUR off, redeemable in any combination with running promotions. Points have no expiry as long as your account remains active.
